The location provided easy access to the city's highlights, making it effortless to return to the hotel throughout the day. The rooftop bar exceeded expectations, offering a spacious indoor and outdoor setting along with attentive staff. Unfortunately, the room was quite small, with minimal natural light from the tiny windows, and the front desk service was disappointing, with a lack of willingness to accommodate early check-in despite our early arrival.

Cutting through the noise
An absolute delight! The spacious room offered breathtaking views, especially from the terrace. Each morning began with a superb breakfast spread, and the rooftop bar blew me away with its scene. Despite a few hiccups with air conditioning, the friendly staff certainly made up for it. Worth every penny for this unforgettable experience!

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the
rooms were spacious and clean. However, we experienced some noise from the street at night, which made it harder to sleep. I appreciated the attention to detail with small treats left in the room each day.

Beautiful views of the city.
Workers constantly passed by our terrace starting at 7:30 am, leading to a loss of privacy and a noisy environment. The dust and debris from the renovations made it quite uncomfortable, and we felt misled about the conditions we would endure.

Stunning rooftop views and friendly service
I had a wonderful stay with comfortable accommodations and an exceptional rooftop bar that offers breathtaking views of Lisbon, especially at sunset. The staff was incredibly helpful and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions. The breakfast was delightful, featuring a variety of options to start the day. However, the mattress on the Murphy bed in my room could have been more comfortable.

Hotel do Chiado has a fantastic location near shops and restaurants. My room on the 7th floor offered stunning views of St Jorge Castle and the ocean. The personal patio added a nice touch. The lobby feels quaint, but the staff made check-in seamless. Breakfast was delightful with fresh juices and pastries, but sometimes items were not available on time. My room had two doors for soundproofing, but it smelled of stale cigarettes. The front desk was helpful with recommendations, but service felt scattered at times. Overall, I look forward to returning, hoping for improvements in service consistency and room freshness.
